Your First Appointment

Thank you for choosing us as your care provider.

On the day of your appointment, please arrive 10-minutes early to ensure we have enough time to prepare any outstanding paperwork.

We are mindful that your time is valuable and would like to avoid keeping you waiting. However, occasionally a patient may present that requires a little extra time spent on them, which may cause unforeseeable scheduling delays beyond our control. Where possible, we will advise you if we are running late. We apologise in advance if you are kept waiting.

Recent Tests & Investigations

X-Rays, Ultrasounds, MRIs, CT Scans and Blood Tests
If you have completed any tests prior to your appointment within the last 6-months that are relevant to your condition or injury, please inform us which imaging company or clinic you had these done with. Most of the time, Dr Di Nallo can access your results online, however, if your results are on a CD or not accessible online, additional time may be required to access and review. If you have digital copies of your results, you may also email them through to us.

Online Patient Forms

  • Once you have secured an appointment time and date, you will be sent a link to complete a number of forms relevant to your appointment, such as our patient details form, private policy and a questionnaire relevant to your current condition.
  • If you prefer to complete your questionnaire on the day in person, then please arrive earlier to allow time for your paperwork to be completed.

What to Bring

  • A current referral from your GP or Specialist
  • Medicare, DVA and Pension cards
  • Your Private Health Insurance details
  • Any tests or scans, including blood tests, ultrasounds, X-rays, MRIs or CTs you have had done
  • A list of all medications you are on (including prescription, vitamins, supplement or herbal medicines)
  • Comfortable clothes
  • Any relevant correspondence from other specialists who may be involved in your care
  • List of any known allergies
  • Glasses (if you wear them)
  • A list of any questions you may wish to ask so you don’t forget on the day

You are welcome to bring a support person to your appointment if you wish to do so.

Post-Operative Appointment

If you undergo surgery, the necessary post-operative appointments will be scheduled. These are important appointments to monitor your recovery and avoid complications.

Telehealth Appointments

Dr Di Nallo generally does not offer telehealth appointments to patients, given the physical examination requirements needed during an orthopaedic consultation.

In certain circumstances, he will offer telehealth follow-up appointments to patients that live in rural and remote areas.
